7 Killed in Manikganj Bus Accident

At least seven people have been killed following a head-on collision between a bus and a CNG-run auto-rickshaw near the district's Daulatpur Upazila area of Mulkandi.

Around 3.15 pm on Friday, the accident took place, Hasmat Ullah, the officer in charge of the Daulatpur police station, told media.

Of the seven victims, six died on the spot while one breathed his last on the way to the hospital, Hasmat said. However, he could not confirm the identity of the victims immediately.
