Electronics Factory Catches Fire in Narayanganj

On Saturday morning, a massive fire broke out in an electronics factory in the Sonargaon area of Narayanganj.

Confirming the news, Ershad Hossain, duty officer of the Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters said the fire originated around 10:45 a.m. at the factory located in the Mugrapara area.

Eight fire fighting units rushed to the spot to douse the fire, he said.

The cause of the fire could not be known immediately, Ershad added.
