Barguna Youth Rifat killing: 3 Convicts Secure Bail

The High Court (HC) has granted bail to three underage youths convicted in a much-talked-about killing case of Barguna youth Rifat Sharif.

At the same time, the court accepted their appeal for hearing against five-year sentence.

The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman passed the order.

Deputy Attorney General Sarwar Hossain Bappi disclosed the order of the court concerned on Monday morning.

Sarwar Hossain Bappi said among three convicts, the HC granted bail to one on January 6 while others two on January 13.

Each convict got five-year sentence. The HC granted bail to them accepting their appeal against the punishment.
