68 More UK Returnees Put in Quarantine

Sixty eight more UK returnees have been kept in institutional quarantine following the government's health guidelines after they landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital from London.

With this, the number of passengers returned from the UK from January 1 to January 26 till 8:00am has increased to a total of 843 people.

Besides, since January 1, a total of 22,314 passengers returned from different parts of the world have been sent to quarantine.

Shahjalal International Airport Department of Health Officer (Control Room) Dr Abu Sayeed confirmed the matter to media.
