Expats Failing to Return Timely Have to Wait for 3yrs

Expatriate workers who failed to return to Saudi Arabia before the expiry of their exit-reentry visas will not be allowed to enter the country for three years.

The Saudi Gazette quoted the General Directorate of Passports of KSA (Jawazat) to have said.

However, this will not apply to those who will go back to the previous employer with a new work visa.

The Jawazat’s clarification came in response to queries from many foreigners who want to return to the Kingdom after leaving the country years ago on exit and re-entry visa and did not go back before the expiry of the visa.
