Law Minister Anisul Huq Receives COVID-19 Vaccine

Law Minister Anisul Huq on Wednesday received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at a hospital in the capital.

''The minister received the vaccine at Kurmitola General Hospital in the capital at noon,'' said Dr Md Rezaul Karim, spokesperson of the law ministry.

Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain and 54 other judges of both Appellate and High Court Divisions of the Supreme Court received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on the first day of the nationwide vaccination program on February 7.

Later, the Chief Justice urged lawyers to get vaccinated.
