No Gate on Gabtali-Savar Road on Independence Day

The government has prohibited erecting three-dimensional or box-shaped gates on the road from Gabtoli to the National Memorial in Savar marking the Independence and National Day 2021, to be observed on March 26.

The Liberation Affairs Ministry took a decision in this regard recently, said an official release on Wednesday.

The ministry also decided to limit the hanging of posters, banners and festoons on the roadsides by maintaining a safe distance.
