News on General Holiday Baseless: Health Ministry

The information published in different television channels that general holiday may be declared from March 26 to April 4 is not authentic, said the health and family welfare ministry.

Citing Health Secretary Abdul Mannan, a number of media published report that general holiday is going to be announced from March 26 to April 4. But the health ministry informed that the new is fabricated.

Maidul Islam, public relations officer of the ministry concerned, confirmed it while sending a message.

The message read news scroll of some television channel is showing a false speech of health secretary Abdul Mannan on seven-day holiday. The speech is completely false and unfortunate.
