Public Transport Services Resume after 22 Days

Public transports have started operation again on the roads inside cities and districts from Thursday on conditions amid the restrictions enforced to contain the spread of Covid-19 infections.

The buses and other mass commuting vehicles were banned since April 14.

The government on Wednesday issued a gazette notification allowing public transport, including buses and minibuses, to operate only inside the territory of each district.
