Covid-19: Bangladesh Records 43 More Deaths

Bangladesh has reported 43 more Covid-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the total death toll in the country to 12,801.

According to data provided by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), the death rate remained steady at 1.58 percent.

During this time, 1,447 more people were infected with Covid-19, bringing the total number of cases to 809,314.

The present rate of positivity is 11.03 percent, while the overall rate is 13.42 percent.

In just 24 hours, a total of 13,115 samples were analyzed across the country (till 8am today).
