2 Pedestrians Killed As Truck Rams Them in Mymensingh

Two pedestrians were killed after a sand-laden truck rammed them at Khurshidmahal Bridge in Gafargaon Upazila of Mymensingh on Monday morning.

The deceased were identified as Masum Mia, 16, son of Nur Hossain and Manik, son of Shahidul Islam, both of them hailing from Khurshidmaha of Pagla Police Station, reports media.

The Kishoreganj-bound speedy truck hit the victims at the area while they were going to work, leaving them dead on the spot, said Rashedujjaman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Pagla Police Station.

The OC also said that the bodies were sent to Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital (MMCH).
