Lockdown in Satkhira Extended Further for Another 7 Days

Four more patients have died in Satkhira in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. Of them, three died at Satkhira Medical College Hospital and one died at home in Parulia, Debhata.

A total of 55 patients died in Coronavirus while 255 patients died with symptoms in Satkhira.

In the last 24 hours, 88 more Covid-19 have been identified in the district. The detection rate is 47.31 percent in ratio to the test.

Meanwhile, the ongoing lockdown in Satkhira has been extended for another seven days. The decision was taken at a virtual meeting of the District Coronavirus Prevention Committee. Earlier, a seven-day lockdown started in the district in the first phase from June 5.  On 11 June, the lockdown was then extended to June 16 in the second term.
