Covid-19: 9 More Die in 24 Hours in Satkhira

In the last 24 hours, nine people have died in Corona Ward of Covid-19 Dedicated Medical College Hospital in Satkhira. One of them was Covid-19 positive while the other eight died with symptoms.

Besides, there are 361 admissions in Medical College Hospital, Sadar Hospital, and 6 clinics. Of these, 38 are positive. Besides, 829 corona positive people are in isolation in their homes. Besides, the total number of positive deaths in the district was 57 and the number of deaths due to corona was 266. A total of 2784 people have been affected in the district so far.

In the last 24 hours, 56 people have been infected in the corona test of 92 people at Satkhira Medical College. The infection rate is 60.87 percent.

On the other hand, the third phase of lockdown has started in Satkhira from today.

In the bordering district Satkhira, the BGB is still detaining 10 to 12 people from India every day and keeping them in quarantine.
