Notification Issued for Appointment of 409 Doctors in Oral Exam

On Tuesday (July 13) night, Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a special notification to recruit 409 specialist doctors to deal with the coronavirus situation.

These doctors will be appointed as specialist doctors (junior consultant, anesthesiology) only through oral examination (viva).

Here is the notification

Pass number 50 in the oral test of 100 marks. The age limit should be up to a maximum of 50 years by July 31. The application process will start online from July 18. The application will start from 10 am on that day and will continue till 11:59 pm on July 27.

Earlier, 2,000 doctors were recruited in the first phase through the 42nd Special BCS after the Corona situation started in the country. Later 2,000 more doctors were recruited. The government took this decision to deal with the Corona situation across the country.
