Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina unveiled a book on Sajeeb
Wazed Joy's life and achievements at Gonobhaban on Tuesday to commemorate his
birthday.
The bilingual book "Sajeeb Wazed Joy: A Spirited
Graceful Journey" is 160 pages long.
Joy's life and contribution to digital Bangladesh are
commemorated in this book, which is dedicated to the country's youth and
features essays, newsletters, and rare images.
Joy, the eldest son of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and
grandson of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, is the Bangladeshi government's
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) adviser.
In 2007, he was also named "Global Leader of the
World" by the World Economic Forum.
Junaid Ahmed Palak, the State Minister of Information
and Communication Technology, served as the book's advising editor.
Joyeeta Publishing has published the book, which costs
Tk3,000. It is available in ebook format at https://gorbitopothchola.net/.
Chowdhury Nafiz Sharafat, chairman of Padma Bank, edited the book. The book's cover was designed by Shahriar Khan Barna.
