Deer Poacher Arrested with 9 KG Venison in Khulna

Bangladesh Coast Guard (BCG) of Koyra Station arrested a deer poacher with 9.9 kg of venison in Koyra upazila of the district last night, said a BCG press release issued by media officer Lieutenant commander of Bangladesh Navy Amirul Haque today.

A BCG team conducted a drive at Ghorilal area of the upazila at about 8.45 pm yesterday and arrested Al Amin Hossain, 21, son of Musa Dhali, a resident of Shyamnagar upazila in Satkhira district.
The BCG team recovered 9.9 kg of venison wrapped in a bag from his possession, said the press release.
