7.8 Lakh Yaba Pills Seized in St Martin

On Saturday evening members of Coast Guard seized nearly 7.8 lakh Yaba pills from Chera Dwip of St Martin in Cox's Bazar, reports media.

The Coast Guard team led by BCG station commander Lt. Col. M Nayeem Ul Haque conducted the drive on Saturday at 6.30 pm.

Acting on secret information the members of Cost Guard conducted the drive.

Lt. Col. Khandakar Munif Taki said no one was arrested during the drive as the Yaba traffickers had fled the scene leaving two bales of yaba pills before the members of Cost Guard arrived.
