Nine
drivers of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) have been suspended in
connection with the death of a student of Notre Dame College in Gulistan.
The
matter was confirmed by DSCC public relations officer Abu Naser on Monday night
(December 13).
He
said nine drivers were suspended for driving vehicles assigned to them by
outsiders.
Notre
Dame Student Naim Hasan (17) was killed when his DSCC vehicle hit him on
November 24 at 11:30 am. Later, the city corporation formed a committee to
investigate the incident.
