Bank Recruitment Test Questions Leaked : 2 More Arrested

Dhaka Metropolitan Police's (DMP) Detective Tejgaon Division have arrested two more members of the question paper leak ring for the post of officer (cash) of five banks.

The arrested are Rashed Ahmed Bablu (36) of Rangpur and Mobin Uddin (32) of Rajshahi.

Tejgaon Division Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADC) Shahadat Hossain Suma confirmed the arrest on Thursday (December 30th) afternoon.

He said two people were arrested from Chamelibagh and Vijayanagar areas of the capital on Wednesday after their names appeared in the confessional statement of Mizanur Rahman Mizan, who was arrested earlier in the incident.

So far, DB has arrested 16 people in this incident, out of which 8 have given confessional statements in Dhaka court.

The recruitment examination for 1511 vacancies of five banks held under Bangladesh Bank was held on 6 November at different centers in Dhaka.

Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology conducted the examination under the direction of Bankers Selection Committee of Bangladesh Bank. A case was filed in the capital's Badda police station on November 10 over the leak of the question paper of MCQ test.
