Judicial Activities of SC to Remain Suspended Monday

The judicial activities of both the Appellate Division and the High Court of the Supreme Court will remain suspended on Monday in honor of late Justice Tafazzal Hossain Khan, a former High Court judge and veteran Supreme Court lawyer, reports UNB.

“Activities of both the divisions of the Supreme Court will remain suspended today (Monday),” said Special Officer of the Supreme Court Mohammad Saifur Rahman.

TH Khan, also a former MP, died at Bangladesh Specialised Hospital in the capital at 4:45 pm on Sunday.

He, a founding member of BNP, was the vice-chairman of the party at the end of his life.
