Mild Cold Wave Grips Northern Region, Lowest Temperature 7.7˚C

The mild cold wave is sweeping the northern region including Rangpur division and districts of  Rajshahi, Pabna, Bogura, Naogaon, and the Upazila of Sitakunda, according to Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD), reports media.

Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, a met release said on Monday.

Moderate to thick fog may occur over north-western part and river basins and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country, said the release issued for 24 hours commencing at 9 am today.

Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.

Country's minimum temperature today 7.7 degrees Celsius was recorded at Tentulia in Panchagarh.
