JS Body Discusses 'Bangladesh National Museum Bill, 2021'

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Cultural Affairs today discussed the 'Bangladesh National Museum Bill, 2021' in detail at its 23rd meeting held at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban with Committee Chairman Simeen Hussain (Rimi) in the chair.

After an elaborate discussion on the bill, the committee recommended placing the report following some additions, corrections, and modifications at parliament for getting approval.

Committee members - State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid, Kazi Keramat Ali, Ashim Kumar Ukil, Momotaz Begum, Sagufta Yasmin, and Sharifa Quader took part in the meeting.

The committee also discussed the minutes of the last meeting, its approval, and the progress of implementation of the decisions.
