SMS Not Mandatory to Get Vaccine Dose Now

Those who have not received SMS even after registering to get the coronavirus vaccine will get their vaccine dose.

Dr Shamsul Haque, member secretary of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the matter in a press conference on Wednesday noon (February 16).

He said, from now on there is no need to receive SMS. All vaccine centers were given such instruction in this regard.

We will conduct a massive vaccination campaign on February 26. If over one crore of people come to the vaccine centers, we will provide the doses to them. We have such preparations, Shamsul Haque added.
