Kazi Habibul Awal Made New CEC

The government has made former senior secretary Kazi Habibul Awal the chief election commissioner.

The gazette was issued by the Cabinet Division on Saturday (February 26).

The four new election commissioners are Retired District and Sessions Judge Begum Rashida Sultana, Brigadier General (retd) Ahsan Habib Khan, and former senior secretary Md. Alamgir and Anisur Rahman.
