Tipu-Prity Murders: 4 including Mastermind Arrested

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested four more people in connection with the murders of Awami League leader Zahidul Islam Tipu and Badrunnesa Mahila College student Samia Afnan Prity in Shahjahanpur.

RAB did not reveal their names. One of them is a Mastermind of the killing and the other three are those who followed Tipu.

Anam Imran Hossain, assistant director of RAB's law and media branch, confirmed the information on Friday night (April 1).

He said four people were arrested in raids in different parts of the capital yesterday.

The details will be revealed at a press conference at RAB Media Center at Karwan Bazar in the capital on Saturday (April 2), the RAB official said.
