College Student Found Dead in Primary School

The body of a student named was recovered from a primary school classroom in Domar, Nilphamari. The incident took place at Baragacha Saheb Vila Private Primary School of Sonarai Union of Domar Upazila on Saturday (13th August) afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Prosenjit Kumar Roy, son of Pashanath Roy of Baragacha Baniapara of Upazila and a Class-XII student of North Chowra Baragacha College.

Subhash Chandra, uncle of the deceased, said that Prosenjit left home on Friday evening and did not return. He was not found even after searching the area and the houses of his relatives at night. After 11 o'clock on Saturday, I got news that his body was found in a nearby primary school.

The deceased's cousin Uttam Kumar said that in the morning, he and Subhash went to the school to drink water after eating prasad at Sannasi temple in Baniapara. At that time, Subhash saw a person hanging inside the school classroom. We entered the room through the door and found my brother Prosenjit hanging and brought him down.

Domar police station Sub-Inspector (SI) Thakurdas Das said, I came to the spot after getting information, the matter will be investigated.
