Justice Nuruzzaman to Serve As Chief Justice till October 10

During Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique's Singapore visit from September 25 to October 10, Justice Md Nuruzzaman, a senior judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, will perform the duties of the chief justice from Sunday.

During this time or till Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique takes over his responsibilities, Justice Md Nuruzzaman will discharge the responsibilities of the chief justice of the country, Md Golam Rabbani, acting registrar general of the Supreme Court, said in a statement today.
