65-Day Fishing Ban in the Bay Starts May 20

A 65-day ban on fishing at sea will in effect from midnight on May 20 till July 23.

This information was informed in a press release of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock on Thursday.

The ban was imposed for the proper breeding, production, preservation of marine fisheries and sustainable fishing in the marine waters of the country, the notification said.
