Case against Dr Sangjukta Seeking Compensation of Tk500Cr

A case has been filed against Dr Sangjukta Saha seeking compensation of Tk500 crore for her derogatory statement against Central Hospital.

Supreme court lawyer Mohammad Shah Manzurul filed the case at the First Joint District Judge's Court of Judge Md Masudul Haque on Thursday (July 6).

Mohammad Mazharul Islam, the lawyer of the plaintiff confirmed the matter.

Earlier on June 22, Central Hospital authorities served a legal notice to Dr Sangjukta Saha to withdraw her statement against the hospital.
