EC Decides to Register Two New Political Parties

The Election Commission has made the decision to register two political parties – Bangladesh Nationalist Movement and Bangladesh Supreme Party.

Election Commission Secretary Jahangir Alam confirmed the matter following a meeting at the Secretariat on Sunday.

A gazette in this regard will be published on Monday.

He added that any objections regarding these two parties can be lodged until July 26 and that the final registration would be granted following the settlement of any complaints.
