NID Server Temporarily Closed

The National Identity Card Database server and National Identity Card Services website have been announced to be closed till tomorrow, Wednesday (September 20) 2:00 PM.

Today Tuesday (September 19) Director General (DG) of NID Division Humayun Kabir gave this information to the media.

He said, the service will be closed until the scheduled time for server maintenance work. The server has been shut down since this morning (September 19) for security reasons.

Earlier, NID's servers were shut down for about 38 hours from 12:00 PM on August 14 to prevent cyber attacks.
