In the last 15 years in the tenure of Awami League commodity prices were under control, purchasing power was within. But syndicate profiteers inflated prices by creating artificial crisis. Awami League's Joint General Secretary and Information and Broadcasting Minister Hasan Mahmud said that if the party comes to power in the future. He added that if the party wins, will take strict steps in controlling the syndicate.

He said these things on Wednesday (December 27) afternoon.

At this time, he said, the price of goods in the world has increased all the time. The more the price of goods in the country has increased, the more the purchasing power has increased.

Information Minister Dr. Hashan Mahmud said, Bangladesh has truly become digital. There are now 19 crore mobile SIMs in a country of 17 crore people. City facilities have reached most of the village areas. The manifesto has been published with the aim of building a smart Bangladesh. If you can form a government, you can implement the manifesto.

Regarding the report of TIB, the minister said, TIB should reveal the name if there is any information against anyone. Various reports were also made during Padma Setu. Various actions are taken to bring the government into trouble. The price of land is much higher than the millionaires across the country. CPD research reports are not exhaustive. They have hidden a lot of information.

He said, if everyone rejected the vote, they would not have sent observers from different countries of the world. Including Rizvi few leaders to boycott the vote. It is baseless of saying that Bangladesh will be a part of India under Awami League power, which is just propaganda.

He also said that even if there is a ban on anti-election campaigning, the EC will look into those issues.
