In Myanmar, war is ongoing, said Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, mentioning that we do not know how long the war will last. We will not allow anyone to cross our borders. We have given instructions to our Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) accordingly.

On Sunday (February 4), the Home Minister addressed these issues in response to a question at the Secretariat in the afternoon.

Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal stated, "We do not want to be involved in any war, nor do we desire war. The Prime Minister always guides us in this direction."

The Home Minister mentioned that they have instructed the police force and the Coast Guard to ensure that no one can enter our territory in any way. We are very vigilant about this matter.

Meanwhile, a Myanmar border security force (BGP) armed group of 66 individuals entered Bangladesh within the country's Naikhyangchhari Tumbro border early Sunday morning (February 4) and surrendered to the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB).

The BGB Public Relations Office has confirmed the matter. They have informed that the spokesperson of the BGB camp in Tumbro, CO Md. Saiful Islam Chowdhury will provide detailed information on this issue in a press conference.
