Railway To Begin Advance Ticket Sales For Eid-ul-Fitr From 25 March

Bangladesh Railway will start selling advance tickets for the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr from March 25th, which will continue until March 31st, according to a source within the railway on Tuesday (March 12).

Just like before, all tickets will be sold online only. Each person will be allowed to purchase a maximum of four tickets, and there will be no refunds for purchased tickets.

The source revealed that this time, there will be 7 pairs of Eid Special trains running. Additionally, to ease congestion, some trains will depart from Cantonment Railway Station instead of Kamalapur, heading towards North Bengal.

Tickets for April 4th will be available from March 25th. Similarly, tickets for March 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st will be available on April 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th respectively.

Similarly, return tickets will be available from April 4th onwards. Meaning, tickets for April 14th will be available from April 4th. Subsequently, tickets for April 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th will be available on April 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th respectively.

It is noteworthy that tickets for all trains in the western region will be sold from the evening, while tickets for trains in the eastern region will be sold from the morning.
