Eid Special Trains Run From Today

Bangladesh Railway had decided to operate 8 pairs of special trains on the occasion of upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr. These trains will run according to the specified schedule starting from Friday (April 5th). 

Recent information from Bangladesh Railway's Eid-ul-Fitr operational plan provides the following details:

According to the operational plan, on Eid-ul-Fitr, 8 pairs of special trains will operate:

1. Chandpur Eid Special (Train 1 and 3) on Chattogram-Chandpur route.

2. Chandpur Eid Special (Train 2 and 4) on Chandpur-Chattogram route.

3. Mymensingh Eid Special (Train 5 and 6) on Chattogram-Mymensingh-Chittagong route.

4. Dewanganj Eid Special (Train 7 and 8) on Dhaka-Dewanganj-Dhaka route. These trains will run from Friday (April 5th) until the day before Eid and for 5 days after Eid.

5. Cox's Bazar Eid Special (Train 9 and 10) on Chattogram-Cox's Bazar-Chittagong route. These trains will run from 8th and 9th April before Eid and for 3 days after Eid.

6. Sholakia Eid Special (Train 11 and 12) on Bhairab Bazar-Kishoreganj-Bhairab Bazar route.

7. Sholakia Eid Special (Train 13 and 14) on Mymensingh-Kishoreganj-Mymensingh route. These trains will only operate on Eid day.

8. Eid Special (Train 15 and 16) on Joydevpur-Parbatipur-Joydevpur route. These trains will operate for 3 days from 7th to 9th April before Eid and for 3 days after Eid.
