'Jamuna Express' Derails In Tejgaon

The 'Jamuna Express' line of Dhaka intra-city, which runs opposite to Dhaka, derailed in Tejgaon, the capital, in front of the fish market. The train is running with one line to maintain normal operation. 

This incident occurred at 8 am on Wednesday (April 17th).

Ferdous Ahmed, the Officer-in-Charge of Dhaka Railway Police Station, confirmed the incident, stating that the train from Jamalpur to Dhaka collapsed at 8 am. Police are heading to the scene. Currently, the train is running with one line.

There have been no reports of casualties in this incident so far.
