6 Officers Of AC, ADC Rank Of DMP Transferred

Assistant Commissioner (AC) and Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) rank officials of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been transferred. 

Today, Wednesday (April 17), two separate office orders signed by DMP Commissioner Habibur Rahman have been issued for this transfer. 

According to the orders, the mentioned officials have been transferred or posted to the designated places beside their names until further notice in the interest of the public. The order was promptly implemented. 

Accordingly, AC Amit Kumar Das of Traffic Badda Zone has been transferred to Community Policing, AC Mithun Kumar Kundu of the Quarter Master-POM to Motijheel Division, and AC Shubh Kumar Ghosh of Community Policing to Traffic Badda Zone.

In another order, ADC Mr. Jahangir Alam of Traffic-Tejgaon Division has been transferred to Traffic Admin and Research Division, ADC Ms. Kazi Romana Nasrin of Traffic Admin and Research Division to Traffic-Tejgaon Division, and ADC Mohammad Tayashiur Jahan Babu of DMP to Traffic Tejgaon Division (Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Mohammadpur, and Adabor).
