Rain Brings Relief To Chattogram Residents

Amidst the boiling heat gripping the nation, residents of Chattogram breathed a sigh of relief as a bout of rain has brought some relief from the relentless heat.

Meteorological Department recorded only one millimeter of rainfall in the past 24 hours, starting 9am on Thursday.

Patenga weather office official Md Abdul Barek said the sky of Chattogram was cloudy since Wednesday. On Thursday morning, the port city and various parts of the upazila experienced several rounds of rain.
