A total of five Eid congregations will be held at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the capital in phases on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the greatest religious festivals of Muslims, like every year.
Islamic Foundation (IF) came up with the information in a press release on Saturday.
According to the release, the first congregation will be held at Baitul Mukarram at 7:00 am led by Mufti Mizanur Rahman while the second congregation will be held at 8:00 am and Imam Mufti Muhibbullahil Baki Nadvi will lead it.
The third congregation will be held at 9:00 am under the leadership of Dr. Maulana Abu Saleh Patwari.
Maulana Ehsanul Haque and Maulana Mohiuddin Qasim will lead the fourth and fifth eid jamaat at 10:00 am and 10:45 am respectively.
If any Imam is absent in 5 congregations, Maulana Mohammad Abdullah will act as the alternate Imam.
