MTB Signs MoU with Wecon Properties Limited

Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wecon Properties Limited, a P2P Company, at a simple ceremony held at P2P Head Office, 687 Mehedibag, Chattogram.

Under this MoU, the clients of Wecon Properties Limited will be able to avail Home Loans with a low processing fee and discounted interest rate from MTB.

Likewise, MTB clients will be entitled to buy apartments with a special discounted offer from Wecon Properties Limited.

Md. Shafquat Hossain, Head of SME and Retail, Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) and Mostofa Ashraful Islam Alvi, Managing Director, Wecon Properties Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations. Among others, Fahim Chowdhury, CEO, Architect Mahadi Iftekhar, Director, Rubayet Abedin, Head of Operation and Business & Shakhawat Hossain, Manager, Finance of P2P Family and Syed Mahmud Akhter, Head of WBD, Chattogram, Mohammad Ishaque, Head of Region, Chattogram, Md.Towfiqul Alam Chowdhury, Head of Business, Retail Banking Division, Md. Abu Bokar Siddik, Head of Cards & Md. Rabiul Alam, Head of Alternate Delivery Channel (ADC) of MTB along with other senior officials from both the organizations were also present at the ceremony.
