Prices of Edible Oil, Sugar Hiked Again

The price of edible oil and sugar increased again. Soybean oil price increased by Tk 12 per liter and sugar price by Tk 13 per kg.

As a result, the price of bottled soybean oil per liter has been set at Tk 190, loose soybean oil at Tk 172, and the price of packaged sugar at Tk 108, and non-packaged sugar at Tk 102 per kg.

The new price of soybean oil and sugar will be effective from today Thursday (November 17).

On Thursday (November 17), the Ministry of Commerce officially announced the increase in the price of oil and sugar.
