Carew’s Hand Sanitizer to Hit Market Tomorrow

Tomorrow, Carew & Co will release its health sanitizer on the market on an experimental basis at an affordable price to satisfy the increasing demand in view of the coronavirus outbreak.

Carew & Co recently started producing the sanitizer as part of a move by the Ministry of Industries to shield the citizens of the country from COVID-19, and the sanitizer will soon be available on the market, a press release said today.

In Chuadanga, the country's only state-owned distillery is expected to sell the sanitizer at Taka 60 per 100ml container.

The sanitizer will be available in 16 shopping complexes across the country and in front of the Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industries Corporation (BSFIC) offices in Dhaka and elsewhere.

The Ministry of Industries has always maintained cleanliness around the country at its headquarters and its branch departments. The usage of a thermal scanner is essential for industry ministry officials and workers and their subordinate offices.

Furthermore, the ministry has restricted its official gatherings, launched a Whatsapp community and advised officials and workers to go to quarantine if they experience cold-related issues.
