Education Minister Dipu Moni said there is no chance of leaking the question paper, but a part is trying to spread rumours. We are tough against them. If anyone is found, severe punishment will be meted out against them.

She said a cycle was trying to spread rumors. Action will be taken against those who spread rumors like drug suppression.

She said this while speaking to reporters after visiting the SSC examination center at Motijheel Ideal School and College in the capital on Sunday (November 14).

The education minister said more than 22 lakh students are appearing for SSC, Dakhil and Vocational examinations across the country. We are in constant touch. We will take immediate action if any irregularities are found anywhere.

Deputy Minister for Education Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury, Nawfel, Director General of Secondary and Higher Education Department Syed Golam Faruk, Chairman of Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Professor Nehal Ahmed, and others were present on the occasion.

Due to the coronavirus epidemic, SSC and equivalent examinations have started after almost nine months. At that time, a crowd of parents was seen outside the examination center.

Mentioning that arrangements have been made to take the test in compliance with the health rules, the Education Minister further said that the problem is that there is a lot of crowds where the parents are standing outside. Maybe they are not following the hygiene rules there. We have requested before, I request again, wherever you are outside, do not crowd or gather.
