Instructions to Celebrate Victory Day at Madrasahs

The Directorate of Madrasah Education has directed the public and private Madrasah educational institutions of the country to observe the Great Victory Day with due dignity.

On Monday (December 13), the Directorate of Madrasah Education (DME) issued an office order in this regard.

The directive was issued in accordance with the directives of the Technical and Madrasah Education Division of the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education directed the Ministry of Liberation War to implement the decision of the Victory Day Celebration Committee at the Directorate of Madrasah Education.

According to the decision of the steering committee of the Directorate of Madrasah Education, the students of the school, college and madrasah in the district and upazila sadar have to organize participation in the national program, assembly and sports program. Besides, women's sports program has to be arranged in the afternoon.

The Department of Information and Communication Technology should be requested to take appropriate action for the discussion and symposium on 'Consciousness of Liberation War and Best Use of Digital Technology in Building the Golden Bengal of Father of the Nation's Dream'.

In the presence of heroic freedom fighters in all educational institutions, including organizing essay and recitation competitions at the national level, arrangements should be made to present to the students the memoirs of important events of the liberation war. Upazila Nirbahi Officer and other concerned people will take necessary measures.
