DSHE Cancels Admission Of 169 Viqarunnisa Students

The admission of 169 students to Class-I at the school branch of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College, all admitted in 2024, has been revoked. This decision was made following a report from the High Court on Wednesday, as announced by the Directorate Of Secondary & Higher Education (DSHE).

Professor Nehal Ahmed, Director General of DSHE, stated that Viqarunnisa Noon School had previously agreed to adhere to the age limit outlined in the admission policy. However, they ultimately failed to comply with the policy, leading to the court's directive for action by DSHE. Consequently, the admission of 169 students has been canceled.

Keka Roy Chowdhury, the acting principal of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College, confirmed receiving instructions from DSHE and mentioned that further details would be provided later.
