Govt's Plan To Recruit 10,000 Primary School Teachers By June

Professor Rumana Ali, the State Minister of Primary and Mass Education, has stated that the government will complete the recruitment of 10,000 primary school teachers by the upcoming month of June. All preparations are underway for this endeavor.

Today, Friday, March 29, at 11:00 am, after overseeing the examination centers for primary school teacher recruitment at Cumilla Victoria Government College, State Minister Rumana Ali spoke. During this time, she offered floral tributes at the mural of Bangabandhu at Cumilla Victoria College.

Rumana Ali stated, "The government will take all necessary measures to ensure that no one is intimidated or harassed during the teacher recruitment process."

She added, "I have visited Cumilla Victoria Government College examination center, and the exams are being conducted very well." However, there is a slightly lower number of candidates participating in the recruitment exam this year.

In this phase, 32,199 candidates are participating in the examination in Cumilla district, including 14,767 females and 17,432 males.

Cumilla District Administrator Khandakar Md Mushfiqur Rahman, Principal of Cumilla Victoria Government College Professor Abu Jafar Khan, Police Superintendent Abdul Mannan, Additional District Administrator (General) Pankaj Barua, along with teachers from Victoria Government College, police, and other officials from the district administration were present there.
