The Minister of Education, Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury, has instructed that no additional fees can be charged from students in the name of test examinations, and students cannot be barred from receiving admission cards citing reasons for the examination. 

Recent directives have been issued by the Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education. 

It is stated that various financial benefits are being taken from students in different ways alongside obstructing students from receiving various financial benefits, citing reasons for the test examination, and charging additional fees in the name of test examinations from students at the secondary and higher secondary levels of educational institutions. 

The Minister has given instructions in view of the described situation that no additional fees can be charged from any student in the name of test examinations, and students cannot be barred from receiving admission cards citing reasons for the examination. The Minister has instructed this with the intention that if the directives are not followed, an official request has been made to inform the ministry by taking specific measures against the institution.
