Primary Asst. Teachers Recruitment Third Phase Exam Likely To Start In March

According to sources from the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, the third phase exam for the recruitment of assistant teachers in government primary schools may commence in the third week of March. This phase will involve candidates from the Dhaka and Chattogram regions.

The Ministry sources further revealed that the assistant teachers' recruitment exam is likely to be held soon after the completion of the SSC exams. Preparation activities have already begun with the SSC exams scheduled to end on March 12. However, the final date for the exam has not been determined yet, pending an internal meeting at the Ministry.

Last year, applications were accepted for the third phase exam from June 24 to July 8. Over 340,000 students applied from the Dhaka and Chittagong divisions. Before this, written exams were conducted for candidates from Khulna, Rajshahi, and Mymensingh divisions, with 439,443 participants. The oral exam schedule for these candidates has been published in February.
