18th NTRCA Exams Today

The 18th Non Government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) Exams is being held across the country today. Today Friday (March 15) school-II and school level exams will be held in the morning and college level exams in the afternoon.

School-2 and school level examinations were held on Friday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM. After that, the college level examination will be held from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

The officials of NTRCA said that it has been decided to hold the exam in one day due to various reasons including SSC exam, BCS preliminary exam, city corporation and upazila elections.

NTRCA released notification for 18th teacher registration on November 4 last year. More than 18 lakh 65 thousand candidates have applied for it.

It should be noted that the candidates have to participate in the multiple choice (MCQ) exam of 100 marks in the preliminary. In this phase, Bengali, English, Maths and General knowledge 25 total test of 100 marks. Pass number is 40. Each question is worth 1. Zero decimal 25 marks will be deducted for wrong answers. Preliminary examination of the candidates will be conducted in three stages i.e. school stage, school stage-II and college stage in separate papers.

In the written examination, the candidates will have to take the test on their respective subjects. Through this registration, the candidates will get the opportunity to work as a teacher in various educational institutions under MPO.
