Legal Notice Sent to Pori Moni as She Not Divorce Her Prior Husband

A lawyer in Cumilla has sent a legal notice to actress Pori Moni and actor Shariful Razz alleging that it was illegal to get married 10 years ago without divorcing one's partner.

If no response is received within the next seven working days, legal action will be taken. If there are documents stating that the notice has been given after confirming that the previous husband has not been divorced, then it should be made public.

Cumilla Judge Court lawyer Joynal Abedin Mazhari confirmed the notice sent to Pori Moni and Razz around 8pm on Tuesday.

When Razz was contacted about the notice, he said, they have not received any lawyer's notice yet.

Asked about this to Pori Moni, she said, "I don't know anyone named Ferdous Kabir Sourav."
